Dr. Abhilash is a psychologist specializing in depression, anxiety, addiction, neuro-degenerative and aging disorders, caregiving burden, and trauma. Her expertise also include ADD, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, TBI, bipolar, and personality disorders. She also offers neurodiversity-affirming care and multicultural competence.
Dr. Abhilash helps to achieve your goals by analyzing the brain activity by neuropsychological evaluations and Brain mapping. This helps to provide a deeper understanding of the uniqueness of each individual and offer accurate diagnosis and better management leading to improved life.
She uses an integrative approach tailored to the specific needs of patients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Dr. Abhilash accepts the following insurances: Cigna, Anthem, CareFirst, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Mr. Membreno accepts CareFirst/Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Health Care. Session fee: $150. However, offer sliding scale for eligible clients.

Our self-pay rate for Dr. Abhilash is 45 to 55-minute intake sessions is $350. Subsequent sessions cost: $300.

Brain mapping : $750.

Neurotherapy/Neurofeedback: $175 (sliding scale available for multiple sessions package).

We provide a superbill, known as a Statement for Insurance Reimbursement. You may submit a superbill to your insurance provider or FSA/HSA for reimbursement.
